In the past I had Been a Lifestyle Coach and still do deal with the odd situation.
Transexualism and crossdressing is something i have come across personal coaching, in one situation there was one very seriously distressed chappy who was married, happily married but dressing feminine at times.

The worry was his wife would leave if she found out and he no longer wanted the feelings, he thought it was wrong , so i asked "your so against it... dressing feminine, you seem like its that you like a specific something about it, but other things about it you don't like?".. upon asking if this was for sexual reasons he said no, he likes the feel the fabrics the feeling that he gets he feels pretty and more interesting. we did a little Psychodramatic dance exercise of mirroring.. as i said i could imagine being quite upset to find my husband like that too.
So i took the role of the wife. and we went into different dramatic scenarios and i found myself genuinely accepting the feminine side but wondering if he was leaving all masculinity which would make me ( dramatic wife)redundant and obviously the public displays were the very difficult ones. So on this drama he also came around to accepting that maybe he could be flamboyant and express himself more..The feminine side without dressing completely like a woman, using colours and enjoying feminine treats like pampering and getting beauty treatments and dressing towards the middle is what we came to agree on in the dramatic exercise.Oh dear he will be mortified when he see's i've discussed this but i have left his name out so far as not to jeapordise all his hard work. He is much happier and still being coached by me and his family are happy they just see him as more fun loving, taking more pride in his appearance and non office days he looks glamourous but no less masculine just added sugar spice.(in this time he has just been using a few feminine items and dressing has got less and less)
